Work Overview:
Were were tasked with curating a captivating kit for Football Manager, which incorporated their design elements and turn this around on a short deadline for filming in Barcelona.
Objectives:
- Ensure all brand elements were correctly positioned on the kit to promote key sponsors throughout filming.
- Test and try different application method angles on final production to create the best finish on these styles.
- Deliver the stock to Barcelona within 2 days of ordering the styles, in time for filming.
Scope of Work:
Based on the objectives and priorities, we curated and worked to the following scope of work:
- Ensure precise positioning of key sponsor elements on the kit, following brand guidelines and conducting thorough quality checks.
- Experiment with various application methods and angles on final production samples to achieve the best visual finish.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement optimised application methods and maintain consistency throughout production.
- Establish a streamlined logistics plan to deliver stock to Barcelona within 2 days of ordering, coordinating closely with shipping partners.
- Develop a project timeline with clear milestones for brand element positioning, application testing, and stock delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with each objective, maintaining open communication channels for proactive issue resolution.
This was an amazing project, with a very cool team and opened up opportunities for us in other areas and organisations.
